Placing an Order
We offer many different ways for our customers to order that perfect wedding favor or gift. Orders can be placed on our website using our secure on-line shopping basket, by phone by calling us toll free at 877-411-7875, or via fax or mail using our order form. If your order includes any items or images you need to send to us for use in producing your product, please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure all images and items are releasable and reproducible (not restricted by any copyrights.)

The Wedding Favors ETC Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
We stand behind our high quality items with committed customer service. While we are extremely confident that you will be pleased with your order, you can rest assured that any item (except personalized or edible items) can be returned. If you have a question concerning whether an item is considered personalized or not, please ensure you contact us prior to placing your order. Your special day is of the utmost importance to us, so we want you to be 100% happy with the products you purchase. If a return becomes necessary, please send an email to returns@weddingfavorsetc.com within 7 days of receiving your order to receive a return authorization number (RAN). A RAN must be obtained prior to returning the items. All returned items must be received within 7 days from when the return authorization number was issued and must be unused and in their original packaging. Shipping costs to return any items are the responsibility of the customer. For your own protection, please use a reputable shipping service such as UPS or FEDEX so that the items can be tracked. Also, please be sure to have the items insured against damage. We will not issue refunds for items that arrive to us damaged. One must notify us within 7 days regarding any merchandise received damaged as well. Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival and notify us immediately regarding any damaged merchandised. Failure to notify us within 7 days of delivery may limit our ability to replace any damaged items.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, and Discover for all online, faxed, or mailed orders.

We can also accept money orders, cashier’s checks and personal checks for all mail-in orders only. Mail-in orders must be placed using our order form and all money orders, personal checks or cashier’s checks must accompany them. Order forms and payments should be sent to:

Delivery Time
Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from when the order was placed unless otherwise stated. The product descriptions for Wedding Favors ETC provide an estimated time to ship. In the event you require a rush order, please email or live chat us to discuss special arrangements. We provide estimated shipping times for your planning purposes.

"Request By Date"
In our effort to best match the timeliness of our products arriving to you with our normal processing and shipping times, we offer a "Request By Date" feature during the checkout process. Please note that any date provided by the customer is for planning purposes only, and is not a contract which Wedding Favors ETC is bound to for guaranteeing the arrival of your products. We will do our absolute best to meet your needs within the constraints of product availability, normal processing time for orders, and shipping time for delivery. In cases where the need-by date exceeds these normal times, expedited shipping methods and increased shipping charges will be necessary.

Shipping
Wedding Favors ETC utilizes UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. Should you prefer 2nd day or overnight delivery, that's no problem at all just simply select that option when you go through the check out process, please note however, that even with expedited shipping normal processing times still apply to order, i.e. it may still take up to 7-10 days to process or order. Most sample orders (small, single item orders) will however, be shipped through U.S. Mail.

To express our appreciation for making your wedding-related purchases at Wedding Favors ETC, we gladly cover the UPS Ground shipping charges on all orders over $250.00. Shipping rates for orders under $250.00 are determined using real time shipping rates.

Canadian shipments are made via UPS Standard. Fees for shipments to Canada are automatically calculated in the store when you check out.

International shipments are also automatically calculated in the store. Shipping charges will be added for all International shipments.

Order Tracking
So that you'll always be aware of your order's whereabouts, we will provide you with email notification when you order ships and a UPS tracking number (if applicable) so you can track it up to the point that it arrives at your door.

Sales Tax
Due to our corporate location in the state of Georgia, sales tax (7%) will be assessed for orders that are shipped within Georgia (7%). All other states and countries are tax-exempt.

Rush Orders
We stand ready to meet even your last-minute needs. If Wedding Favors ETC has the elegant expression that you need in a hurry, please send us an email at orders@weddingfavorsetc.com. or you can simply make a note of your needs in the more information section of the order form as you go through the check out process. If we cant meet your needs we will notify you via email to let you know all monies will be fully refunded for any order that can not be fulfilled. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
